With two households allowed to get together in a private garden from 29th March, we are hoping for some glorious weather and great food to share with friends or family.

Kent’s foodie destination Macknade has launched an Easter Recipe Box Menu available to order online, simply select which dishes you’d like and get all the ingredients and full instructions delivered to your door for a simple but delicious Easter feast.

For the main event choose from a Butterflied Leg of Lamb with Salsa Verde Marinade (serves 6), or Dingley Dell Pork Ribeye with Char Siu Marinade (serves 6) or Wasted Kitchen’s Aubergine and Potato Moussaka (serves 3).

With a selection of side dishes to compliment and either a Classic Cheeseboard with Crackers & Condiments or Lemon & Rhubarb Posset to finish the Easter festivity, this is sure to be a celebratory feast. Why not fire up the BBQ if the weather allows and enjoy your first outdoor meal of the year?
