Tracing his ancestry back to Nicholas Ridley, Bishop of London (born 1500), Nelion Ridley is continuing the great family brewing tradition. Ridley’s beer was once enjoyed the length and breadth of Essex and Nelion is devoted to keeping Essex ales sacred with his craft brewery, ‘Bishop Nick’.
