Our mission in life is simple… we’re here to serve lovers of proper artisan smoked salmon and smoked eel. We only ever smoke in small batches. It’s our style. So that’s why you won’t find us in the supermarkets, but it means we’ve picked up many awards along the way including Great Taste’s ultimate three stars. Nothing gives us smokers more pleasure than knowing our delicious products are joyously eaten in homes across this land and beyond.
