We kicked off the first of #TheEssexPicnicClub competitions with a prize draw to win a Luxury Afternoon Tea Box for Two from Blackwells Farm in Coggeshall, Essex. This prize was the perfect pre-prepared picnic to enjoy on a sunny afternoon with a glass of fizz, and the box was filled with delicious local and handmade scones, sandwiches, pastries and more!

Like previous social media giveaways, our followers could enter the competition simply by liking and share the social post, tagging a friend and following both the Help Essex Buy Local and Blackwells Farm accounts. The winner was picked at random the following week – the lucky Poppy Cann won the prize through her entry on Twitter!

Poppy shared the afternoon tea out in the garden with her friend in true #TheEssexPicnicClub style, and sent us some lovely images of them enjoying their prize, which we must admit made us a little bit jealous…
