Small batch spirits made with fruit grown on our farm. We aim to use every fruit produced whatever size or shape. At Reliquum Spirits, we marry innovation in fruit growing, with the experience and wisdom of our partners the English Spirit Distillery to create exceptionally delicious spirits. Our latest launch is Reliquum Apple Brandy made with our Opal Apple Juice. Each bottle contains 28kg of apples which would otherwise have gone to waste.
