We have taken on two new members of staff since December, Russell our Apprentice Butcher and another Clare working as a Retail Assistant with Charlie.

Clare S who joined in June 2020 (planned to be temporary 4 week role) is still with us, providing admin support to the butchers following the success of the online shop launched at the beginning of 2020. The online shop has proven to be great for customers self-isolating, working from home, vulnerable or staying home following government guideline. Andy and the other delivery drivers have been continuing to deliver safely to our loyal customers and they are all very happy with the service and products they receive. Along with local supply, we also supply to Farmdrop - this has certainly kept our butchers very busy too.
