The community owned pub and restaurant, Bowleys at The Plough, has already established itself as a popular venue.
The Plough Inn building can be traced back to 1483 when it was two weather boarded farm cottages ,it has been licensed since 1817 and was purchased by villagers in 2020. During lockdown the pub supported local residents with free weekly lunch deliveries. The Plough Inn is a well supported asset to the local community.
