We are The kitchen of the old dragon. since 2013 we have been making homemade preserves, over the years we have increased our production from a few jars a month to sell at market, to today, when Tim and I make in excess of 2-3 hundred jars a week.
We now supply five shops and attend farmers markets and fairs.
This past year has been difficult with the restrictions but we have managed to keep going with orders online at Christmas.
Today we are negotiating with another farm shop who are interested in selling our products..
