Woolton Wines Now Available for Trade

We have been producing wine at Woolton Farm since 2013 and are just starting to release it for sale beyond our own onsite shop.

The feed back has been phenomenal and we are really excited by this new venture all produced from a single vineyard at Woolton Farm.

Woolton Bacchus 2015

Just dry with a hint of sweetness. The palate is fresh and crisp with flavours of ripe pear, apple and muscat fruit.

Food Pairing

Ideal as an aperitif or with light dishes and oriental food such as Thai.

Woolton Sparkling Rose 2015

A classic blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. Traditionally made using Méthode Champenoise. Lively and crisp with a toasty backbone that holds the flavours of raspberry and cherry long into the mouth. Produced in clear bottles to show off the beautiful colour and to bring a smile to every celebration.

Food Pairing

Ideal as an aperitif and accompaniment to special occasions.
