Scott has recently graduated with a degree in microbiology, with a particular interest in the brewing process. During his last year at university Scott has been helping Musket Brewery during his vacations and proved to be a real asset, particularly with his technical expertise. He is now working alongside Rhys, our Head Brewer, on every aspect of producing our award winning real ales, arriving just in time to help brew our Green Hop beer – Flash in the Pan – which customers consider to be our best yet! ”This is a really exciting time to join Musket Brewery and to be able to be part of its future development” said Scott.
Amid all the uncertainty and anxiety in the licensed trade, Musket Brewery are bringing forward its plans to expand and diversify its route to market, including farm shops and independent retailers. We are redesigning and branding our very popular 9 pint mini kegs to support this new development and hope this will enable us to survive and thrive through this difficult time.
We are also investing in ensuring our beautiful outside space on Loddington Farm is ready for the winter season so that we can still welcome customers to our Armoury taproom within the coronavirus guidelines.
