Old Dairy have raised £630 so far, for the East Kent Hospitals Charity through sales of the new pale ale, ‘Frontline’. To pay tribute to the NHS, Old Dairy launched the special edition pale ale back in March and are donating 15p for every bottle sold.

The East Kent Hospitals Charity raises funds for all wards, services and departments across the East Kent Hospitals University NHS Foundation Trust. The funds contribute towards enhancing the patient and visitor experience and supporting the needs of staff above and beyond government NHS funding.

The ‘Helping Your Hospitals’ appeal was launched in March 2020 to raise funds to support the wellbeing of staff following COVID19. With the help of the local communities and businesses, East Kent Hospitals Charity have been able to fund a whole range of support systems; providing drinks and snacks to teams on the frontline, making improvements to showering and changing facilities and implementing training programs to assist with emotional wellbeing.

‘We are delighted to receive such a kind donation from The Old Dairy Brewery, following sales of their ‘Frontline’ beer. These funds will be made available to staff well being projects at the William Harvey Hospital in Ashford and will help us make a significant difference to our incredible frontline teams.’ - Danielle Neligan (Fundraising and Development Officer)

There's still time to sample a bottle of Frontline and do your bit to support the East Kent Hospitals Charity - www.ekhcharity.org.uk
