This is the fourth vintage of the Simpsons' flagship still wine to be released. Created using Estate-grown Burgundian still clone 548, the grapes were hand-harvested during the last week of October in order to find the perfect balance of aroma, flavour and acidity.

Exuding a true sense of place, this elegant single-vineyard, still Chardonnay is created from fruit specially selected for its maturity and concentration. It displays pineapple and apricot aromas, complemented with sweet oak, clementine and mixed spice flavours and finishing in a luxurious, textured palate.

This fresh and vibrant Chardonnay continues to challenge the perceptions of this variety and is the perfect drop to luxuriate with over long hot summer nights or to bring some sophisticated "glam" to your glamping get-aways.
