I certainly feel like the great outdoors has been a saving grace for me during the past year and now we can all enjoy this but now with a glass of something lovely and someone else doing the cooking!!!

I am delighted to announce that Frasers will be opening its doors once again from the 14th April for a whole new outside dining experience. Imagine long lazy lunches with friends, sipping on a glass of local wine or a delicious cocktail and catching up on what has been quite a year!!

I have been very busy at Frasers creating some amazing new outside dining areas with private dining pods spaced 2 metres apart, covered with a heater for you to enjoy our new Garden Menu. The menu has been designed using locally sourced ingredients all from within a 25 mile radius of Frasers. I have also extended our Kitchen Garden allowing us to grow lots of vegetables and herbs. Come and enjoy a selection of tapas, a delicious choice of small plates from the coast, the farmyard and the field as well as our signature lunchtime favourites.

Things will be a little different here at Frasers when you return, so we ask you to bare with us, we will be operating with fewer members of staff both front of house and in the kitchen, so we are keeping the menu simple. The menu has also been designed that if the great British weather lets us down, we can box up your food and you can take it away.

So come with a spring in your step, and a blanket in the car(just in case!) and let us make your first taste of hospitality this year one to remember!!

14th April - Outside dining available for Brunch, Lunch and Afternoon Tea, Self Catering Stags Barn available for hire, hotel remains closed

19th May - Hotel open and restaurant open both inside and outside for brunch, lunch, afternoon tea and evening meals.
