We love seeing new young chefs coming into our industry - including our very own pastry commis, Chloe! Joining us from Westminster College in February just before lockdown, she’s always eager to learn, and doing a fantastic job in the Old Bank kitchen, prepping and cooking our desserts alongside Adam and Tommy.
With Autumn soon upon us, we are starting to see some new great produce coming into season. Our menus will be changing to reflect these new flavours over the next few weeks.
In response to many requests for future bookings, the diary is now open for the rest of the year.
