The Zingiberi Bakery, who are based in Herne Bay, have added a new cookie variety, ‘Oat & Milk Chocolate’ to their ‘The Captain’s Cookies’ range. They have also taken the opportunity to rebrand their whole range of sweet oat cookies in order to cohere and compliment their award winning The Captain’s Crackers range of savoury crackers, which had a minor rebrand last year.

Both The Captain’s Cookies and The Captain’s Crackers range of packaging is plastic free and fully compostable. They are all baked in small batches, using Kentish sourced ingredients and proudly made by people of Kent.
